Children and Youth: Dissipating Depression, Anxiety, and Trauma
A two-hour long course committed to teaching individuals who support young people the skills to help overcome depression, anxiety, and trauma created by Stephen P. King, Alicia Totten, and Tammy Semple as a result of their extensive training, education, and experience in working with youth.
The intention is to provide techniques and information to both professionals and non-professionals to support any young person who may be experiencing challenges such as living with shock, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm tendencies, suicidal ideation, and nightmares.
Included is information about specific social challenges that children and youth are exposed to, as well as tools to help them collapse and clear trauma. These techniques are easy to learn and proven effective.
In addition to receiving lifetime access to on-demand video, you will also receive the Course Companion E-Book at no extra charge. 1 CEU is available for completing this course.
Life Over the Influence: The Course
Facilitated by Alicia Totten, MSW, RSW.
Often the lives of individuals who have a close relationship with someone who uses substances in a problematic manner are drastically transformed and negatively impacted. However, there is little professional support available and offered to those who have been impacted by someone else’s substance use. Typically, this program is run as a 6-week counselling group, but this course provides another option if the group is not accessible to you.
– Complete modules at your own pace with on-demand videos, receive a companion journal
– Explore techniques to support your loved one and keep yourself safe and healthy
